Account Registration

• You have obtained necessary permissions and consents
• Your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will not use the Service to monitor websites without authorization

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Monitor websites without proper authorization
• Use the Service for illegal surveillance or espionage
• Attempt to bypass Service limitations or restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service except through provided APIs
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect data from the Service without authorization
• Use the Service for competitive intelligence without authorization

Subscription and Payment

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Payment is processed through LemonSqueezy, our payment provider
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees
• Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Refund Policy

• Trial Period: No charges during the 14-day trial period
• Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
• Annual Subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds within 30 days of purchase, at our discretion
• Service Issues: Refunds may be provided for documented service failures

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Service Monitoring and Alerts

Monitoring Frequency

• Checks are performed according to your subscription plan
• Frequency may vary based on check type (daily, weekly, etc.)
• We do not guarantee real-time monitoring
• Monitoring may be delayed due to system load or maintenance

Alerts and Notifications

• Alerts are sent based on detected changes or security issues
• Delivery methods include email and in-app notifications
• We make reasonable efforts to deliver alerts promptly
• We do not guarantee alert delivery or timeliness
• You are responsible for monitoring your alerts regularly

Third-Party Script Monitoring

Our third-party script monitoring service:

• Detects changes to external JavaScript files on your websites
• Alerts you to potential security compromises
• Does not prevent or block malicious scripts
• Does not guarantee detection of all security threats
• Is for informational purposes only

You remain responsible for the security of your websites and the third-party services you integrate.

False Positives and Limitations

• Automated checks may produce false positives or false negatives
• Not all security issues can be detected automatically
• We are not responsible for undetected vulnerabilities
• The Service supplements but does not replace human security review

Data Ownership and Usage

Your Data

You retain ownership of:

• Website URLs and configuration data you provide
• Monitoring results and reports generated for your account

Our Rights

We retain ownership of:

• The Service platform, software, and infrastructure
• Algorithms, methodologies, and proprietary technology
• Aggregated, anonymized usage data

License to Use Your Data

This license terminates when you delete your account, subject to retention requirements.

• Publicly accessible web pages
• Third-party scripts loaded on public pages

• Delays or failures in alert delivery
• Third-party service failures (DNS, WHOIS, PageSpeed API)
• False positives or false negatives
• Downtime or service interruptions
• Data loss (though we maintain backups)
• Security breaches affecting your websites

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:
• Lost profits or revenue
• Data loss or corruption
• Business interruption
• Security breaches or hacking incidents
• Reputational harm
• Cost of substitute services

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Critical Systems

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR:

Data Retention and Deletion

Account Deletion

Upon account deletion:

• Your access is immediately revoked
• Personal data is deleted within 30 days
• Monitoring data is deleted within 90 days
• Transaction records are retained for 7 years (legal requirement)
• Backups are permanently deleted within 180 days

Right to Delete Data

You may request deletion of your data at any time by:

We will comply with deletion requests within 30 days, except for data required for legal or accounting purposes.
